My Facebook account doesn't show up when connecting

There are two common reasons why you may not be seeing your Facebook account to be able to connect to Curated Social.

The account you are trying to connect is a personal profile and not a business page.

3rd party services like Curated Social can only connect and publish to business pages. Due to changes by Facebook in 2018 aimed at protecting privacy, publishing to personal profiles is not supported.

You do not have proper permissions to connect the business page to our platform.

Ensure that your Facebook account has a Page role of Admin or Editor. You can do this on the Facebook Page or through Facebook Business Manager. To learn more, see Manage Page Settings in the Facebook help center
