How to edit a Reel

Step 1: Start

Go to TEMPLATES & DOWNLOADS > FB & IG TEMPLATES > REELS

Select the Reel you want to use

Click “View Details” > Click “Edit with Canva”

Download the video if you are selecting the done-for-you videos

If you are using the listing videos, first add your pictures and then download the video.

It is easiest if you are doing this from your phone as you will have to post the reel from your phone.

Open the Notes tab in the Canva doc and copy and paste the audio link to your browser.

If you are on your computer save the audio to your Instagram profile by selecting “save audio”

If you are on your phone you can click “use audio” at the bottom of the screen and then add your video.

Option 1 (Phone) Open the notes tab in the Canva doc and copy and paste the caption and hashtags to the notes app on your phone.

Option 2 (Computer) If you are on your computer, you can email the captions and hashtags to yourself and then open the email from your phone.

Then when you are done adding the video and audio you can copy and paste the captions and hashtags.

You can also just type out the caption and hashtags or create your own!
