Reset Your Password

If you are unable to log in to your account, or can't remember what your password is, you can reset it by completing the Forgot Password form.

From the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link under the login button (shown below), then enter your email address in the text box and click "Submit".

If the email address you entered matches an active user account, you should receive an email very shortly.

Note: Generally the password reset email will be delievered in less than a minute, but some email providers (like Yahoo) can be slow to deliver

Click on the link in the email you receive to enter a new password for your account. If you don't receive an email, your account may be under a different email address. If you are confident you have the correct email address and don't receive the email, contact support.
