Is there a free trial for Premium?
Yes, we do! You'll have an option to try out our Premium plan for 7 days for free. Your paid subscription will start at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Check out our free trial here.
Are there long-term contracts?
There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period based on the length of the plan you select. You can cancel or change your renewal easily anytime.
Can you post for me?
Yes! With our new Autopilot feature, you can set up an automatic posting schedule in which our platform will automatically post to your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
If you want to have us customize the posts and post for you, we also offer a white-glove service called Curated Social Elite which includes a dedicated account rep that will post to your social media channels.
Is a Canva account required?
A Canva account is not required to use Curated Social but is required if you want to edit posts or templates. Most templates are editable with a Free Canva account.
Is a Canva pro account required?
Most templates can be edited with a free Canva account, so a Canva pro account is not required. Some of our templates may have Canva Pro elements in them, which would either require a Canva Pro account or the removal/replacement of Pro elements before being able to download or publish from Canva.
